Campus masterplan
A coordinated layout for data halls, power systems, cooling infrastructure, secure access and future growth.

Adria Data Campus is a 100 MW IT project in active development in Fier, Albania. Electrical connection, international fibre connectivity and cooling water resources provide the infrastructure foundation for hyperscale, AI and high-performance computing.
Full-campus development capacity
Four scalable development phases
Indicative masterplan area
Design target for energy efficiency
Adria Data Campus is being developed in four 25 MW IT phases. The phased approach aligns campus infrastructure, operator requirements and long-term growth within a single development programme.
The first 25 MW IT phase establishes the campus facilities, integrating the project's electrical connection, fibre connectivity and cooling resources.
Equivalent site load calculated at the 1.25 design PUE target. IT capacity excludes cooling and auxiliary systems.
The project has an electrical connection, international fibre connectivity and water resources for cooling, together with access to energy suppliers. These provide an integrated infrastructure foundation for campus development.
The project's electrical connection and access to energy suppliers underpin the development of Adria Data Campus. Power systems are being designed around the four-phase campus programme.
The project has its electrical connection, providing the foundation for integrating the campus power infrastructure.
Access to energy suppliers supports the development of a supply solution aligned with the operator's demand and delivery phases.
UPS, backup power and distribution form part of the campus design. At the 1.25 design PUE target, 100 MW IT corresponds to approximately 125 MW total site load.
Adria Data Campus has international fibre connectivity through EXA Infrastructure's Trans Adriatic Express corridor, linking the Fier location with network routes towards Italy and Greece.
The project has secured access to international fibre connectivity through EXA Infrastructure and the Trans Adriatic Express (TAE) corridor at Fier.
GEOLUMETICS and GR Albania are developing Adria Data Campus as a 100 MW IT campus in Fier. The programme brings together integrated infrastructure, operator-led engineering and four scalable development phases.
